'Back of the Blade' is a collaborative project between neckwear designer Niki Fulton and knitwear designer Flora Collingwood-Norris.
Behind the blade of Prufrock linen tie lies a hand stitched abstract artwork created by Flora Collingwood-Norris. She has extended the back story of Niki's ‘Prufrock' design, a pattern inspired by T.S.Eliot's poem, The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock and created a unique seascape embroidery.
"Combing the white hair of the waves blown back
When the wind blows the water white and black"
Inspirational lines from The Love Song of J Alfred Prufrock by T.S.Eliot, 1915.
Flora Collingwood-Norris has created pieces for Christopher Kane, Jasper Conran, William Chambers and House of Holland and now creates for her own label, Collingwood-Norris, from her studio in the Scottish Borders.

This is the ultimate summer tie or a tie for a wedding. The blue of the sea with white crests with the slightly rough texture of linen to wear with a crushed linen summer suit.

8 cm (3.15 inch) blade, standard 148 cm (58 inch) length. Self tipped with hand embroidered abstract seascape on the reverse of the blade.

Designed, printed & hand stitched in Great Britain.

Bespoke embroidery on the reverse of the blade is available on request throughout the Niki Fulton tie collection.
