'Fennel Tangle' Wool and Cashmere long gauzy scarf.
This print is inspired by the wild fennel that grows on the dunes of Northern Brittany and the poem 'The Goblet of Life' by Henry Wadsworth Longfellow. Fennel was seen as a symbol of strength in the eighteenth century and a symbolic of flattery in Shakespearean plays.
Printed on 93 % Wool & 7 % Cashmere open weave with small fringe on either end. A luxe soft scarf to wrap around.
Approx 70 x 210 cm.
A fusion of greens with tiny deep purple tones to give depth to the print.
Designed, printed & stitched in Great Britain and produced in small runs. Its wool/cashmere open weave makes it comforting and warm.
